U.S. Urges North Korea To Keep Its Commitments Made During Singapore Summit

U.S. President Donald Trump has said that North Korea should keep the nuclear commitments it made during the Singapore summit last year.
Trump made the comments during his visit to London for a NATO Summit.
He also hinted at using what he called the U.S. “powerful military” against North Korea if necessary.
Trump, however, emphasized his “good relationship” with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, suggesting that the military option is not a serious consideration.
He also revived his “Rocket man” nickname for Kim, saying the leader likes firing rockets.
Trump’s comments came just hours after Pyeongyang’s foreign ministry said, in an ominous tone, that it’s up to the U.S. to decide what “Christmas gift” it wants,… reminding Washington of the year-end deadline the regime has set on denuclearization talks.
Meanwhile, Trump also brought up the defense cost sharing talks with South Korea, saying it’s only fair if South Korea pays more.
