Doesn’t the Pineal Gland create the signal for Cortisol to regulate the Adrenals..!? Overtaxing it breaks the system, Something like that! I have lower adrenal function (healing adrenal fatigue due to past continuous high stress and actually i have low not high cortisol and this also overtaxes my adrenals into this loop).. I now use certain adrenal herbs with vitamin C and my stress response has changed for the better in the past year with these various healing plant supplements! But i definitely KNOW when my body has adrenaline bursts, because it’s rare and includes imbalanced stress response of various sorts.
